How do I book a repair?

To book a repair you will need to contact us either via email on: motion@motioncm.co.uk or call us on 01223 867007. A member of the Motion team will then be able to assist with booking in a site visit for your machine.

Can I purchase the part and fit it myself?

If you know the part in which requires replacing and believe you have the capabilities to carry out the replacement yourselves we are able to have the part shipped out to you.

What is the call out lead time?

Depending on the issue as well as the parts that will be required in conjunction with the availability of our engineers will influence the lead time before we can attend site for carry out a repair. Please speak with our team for more information.
